COMPOSITION:  
Each 5ml contains:
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg+ Phenylephrine HCL 5 mg + CPM 2 mg  in Sugar free base

DESCRIPTION:
Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. Phenylephrine is a decongestant. Chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan, and phenylephrine is a combination medicine used to treat cough, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.

INDICATIONS:

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Avoid taking isocarboxazid, methylene blue, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, rasagiline, safinamide, selegiline, or tranylcypromine, MAO inhibitors during treatment with this medication. Contraindicated during pregnancy and children below 2 years.

SIDE EFFECTS:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, loss of appetite, dry mouth, increased urination, dizziness, drowsiness, double vision, mild headache, nervousness.

DOSES:
As directed by the Physician.
