COMPOSITION:  
Each 5ml contains:
Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 2.5 mg+ Montelukast Sodium 4 mg

DESCRIPTION:
Kastilex-L (2.5/4 mg) Syrup is a combination medicine used to treat and prevent allergic symptoms associated with rhinitis and seasonal allergies. These symptoms include a runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, itching, hives, etc. It is also used to treat asthma and allergic rhinitis occurring together.

INDICATIONS:
Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, Sinusitis, Prophylactic treatment of Asthma, Chronic treatment of asthma associated with allergy, Common cold and cough

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Don’t take this medicine with Alprazolam, Carbamazepine, Clobazam, Fluconazole, Phenytoin,Codeine, Phenobarbital, Avoid it’s use in case of Liver Disease, Pregnancy & Breast-feeding

SIDE EFFECTS:
In Children between 2- 5 years thirst is commonly reported, beside it sometimes Headache,Stomach pain, Chest tightness, Dizziness, Diarrhea may ocuures.

DOSES:
As directed by the Physician.
