COMPOSITION:  
Each Film coated tablet contains:
Aceclofenac 100 mg+ Paracetamol 325 mg+ Serratiopeptidase 15 mg (As enteric coated granules equivalent to enzymatic activity 30,000 Units)

DESCRIPTION:

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) analogy of diclofenac. It is used for the relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Through its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, it provides symptomatic relief in a variety of painful conditions.

Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Paracetamol is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers. It relieves pain in mild arthritis.

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme produced by non-pathogenic enterobacterium Serratia sp. E-15 that has been used for reducing inflammation; it has antiedemic, analgesic, fibrinolytic and caseinolytic properties.

INDICATIONS:
Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase is used for pain relief. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical pain, dental pain and painful menses.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity with Aceclofenac. Substance with similar action like other NSAIDS. Asthma or bronchospasm.
Paracetamol dose is highly concern in patient with hepatic and renal disease
Serratiopeptidase with diclofenac, an anti-inflammatory drug, can induce Stevens-Johnson syndrome, leading to blisters all over the body.

SIDE EFFECTS:
Headache, dizziness, and drowsiness, gastro-intestinal disorders (dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea)

DOSES:
As directed by the Physician.
